Our Delivery Policy

We're committed to getting your order to you quickly and efficiently. Here's what you can expect from our delivery policy:

Processing Time: All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with your order details once it's been placed.

Shipping Timeframes: Standard delivery usually takes 3-5 business days once shipped. Although we usually aim to delivery within 2 days dependant on stock availability.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order has shipped, we'll send you another email with a tracking number.

Delivery Charges: You'll see the exact shipping cost before finalizing your purchase. Free shipping applies to all orders over £150.

International Shipping: We do NOT ship outside the UK.
