RETURN POLICY FOR PERFORMANCE PARTS

RETURNS
All returns must be posted within fourteen (14) days of the date goods/products are received. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags/labels attached and original packaging.

RETURN PROCESS
Please note, the buyer (you) will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

To return an item, please email customer service at support@immortal-tuning.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and post to the following address via a tracked postal service:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Installed/fitted items (Items that have previously been installed/fitted on the vehicle)

For damaged, misprinted, or defective items, you must submit your claim to support@immortal-tuning.co.uk within 30 days of receiving the product.

For packages lost in transit, you must submit your claim to support@immortal-tuning.co.uk within 30 days of the order date.
